Pets Mart delivers pet essentials across Pakistan, subject to service availability at your address.
Delivery charges
- Standard delivery within Pakistan: PKR 280 per order.
- Free local delivery is available for eligible addresses within 20 km of our configured Multan fulfillment location at Hassan Parwana Road, Multan.
- Local delivery eligibility is checked against your full address at checkout. Select the free local delivery option when it is available. Addresses outside this area use standard delivery.
Delivery time
Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Availability, public holidays, courier delays and incomplete addresses can affect delivery. Contact us for the local delivery schedule or updates on your order.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available. Please keep the exact checkout total ready when your order arrives.
Your delivery details
Provide a complete address and a working phone number. Phone number is required at checkout so we can contact you about your delivery. Shipping charges and the order total are shown before you complete your order.
Order changes and delivery issues
Contact us as soon as possible to request an address change or cancellation. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. For a delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect delivery, contact our team with your order number.
