Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases and use of the Pets Mart online store at petsmartpk.com. Please read them together with our Shipping, Returns & Refunds and Privacy policies.

Products and information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, prices and availability. Packaging may vary between batches. Read the product label and follow the manufacturer's instructions. Pet-care articles and product descriptions are general information and do not replace advice from a qualified veterinarian.

Orders and availability

Provide accurate contact and delivery details when placing an order. Orders are subject to stock availability and delivery serviceability. If an item becomes unavailable or an order contains a material pricing or description error, we will contact you to explain the issue and agree the next step. Any payment for an order we cannot fulfill will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Pakistani rupees (PKR). The total, including applicable delivery charges, is shown at checkout before you complete the order. Cash on Delivery is available; pay the confirmed total when your order arrives.

Delivery

Standard delivery within Pakistan is PKR 280 per order. Eligible addresses within 20 km of our configured Multan fulfillment location can select free local delivery at checkout. Delivery estimates and further details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and cancellation

Return requests for eligible unused, unopened products must be made within 14 days of receipt. Opened food and hygiene products are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Damaged, defective, expired or incorrect items can be reported to our team. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for the process.

Use of this website

Use the website lawfully. Do not submit false orders, misuse another person's information, interfere with the website or attempt unauthorized access. Website materials must not be copied or used commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used when you browse, contact us or place an order.

Updates

We may update these terms for future website use and orders. Changes do not remove rights that apply to an order already placed or rights under applicable consumer law.
